On a Saturday when everywhere was packed with inspections, Williams was able to work me in. As someone with no knowledge of cars whatsoever, I’d be an easy person to convince that extra work needs to be done. It always feels like something needs fixing, no matter how on top of things I am. Williams was actually the first place ever to NOT do that! Sure it was a long wait, but it was worth it. I will definitely be going back.

These guys rock! They always fit me in, and know lots about vehicles. I have several vehicles and this is where they all go. Great staff, great work. I recommend them to everyone needing a mechanic! Thanks again, guys!

Car broke down on a trip home from NC to PA. Dead alternator on BMW X5. Broke down on sat around 2pm. BMW didn't even want the business late in the day on Sat. Called Williams, they immediately understood the situation. Took us in right away. Had us back on the road within couple hours.
