They are amazing. I called like mid-day asking if they could do an inspection on my car so I could get the Virginia indirection sticker since I just moved back and they took me in with no issues and they got me in and out. The employees we?re really nice and they had great customer service. You wouldn?t be disappointed if you go here.

I was able to get a same day state inspection without making an appointment, something that seems pretty rare these days. Unfortunately my car did not pass the inspection, but the mechanics made sure to actually show me the shortcomings on the vehicle rather than just writing it down or telling me. The honesty and commitment to following the law was refreshing. I would definitely recommend checking them out.

I'm extremely grateful to Williams Auto for getting me, an admitted last-minute Charlie, in to have my vehicle inspected on the last day of the month. Williams Aunto service has been very effective maintaining my 2 older model vehicles. I am especially impressed with the extensive work they did on my 1982 Oldsmobile Toronado. Somehow, Chris, who is the owner, was able to find or have fabricated many of the parts no longer available, such as the radiator hoses (upper & lower). The folks at Williams Auto are very professional and are trustworthy. Once you make them your primary car care giver, you will find that you have made new friends who care about you and your car.
