I'm a huge fan of the way they handle things largely online, and everyone I've encountered has been friendly and helpful. I dropped off my car to get a state inspection right after they opened, and they didn't get to it until the afternoon, which is fine, it happens. But I wish someone had called to tell me they weren't going to start doing the actual work til the next morning. Again, reasonable, but I wasn't expecting to not have my car overnight, so I would've appreciated at least a heads up call after they realized they'd be holding my car overnight. Only reason I didn't put 5 stars, but I'll definitely bring my car back for maintenance
