Williams Auto and the guys there have been taking care of my vehicles for several years now. I gotta say the service has been exceptional, consistent, and the pricing reasonable. I'm especially please about this because as an owner of European imports it is often difficult to find a reliable place to take my car besides the dealership, so I guess I consider my self blessed. Excellent service.You won't believe it - a shop that does excellent work at a fair price, efficiently, and honestly. I took my car to there shop to get repaired. They offer shuttle service in the mornings, I didn't have to worry about getting a ride. I was having an electrical issue with my car and I took to 2 other shops. No one could find out what was wrong with my car. Shawn called the same day and advise me what it would take to repair my car. He is a very experienced Automotive Technician. He also stated the car would need to stay over night. He offered a loaner vehicle so I could pick up my daughter. I picked up my car the next day and I have been driving for several months now with no issues. I would highly recommend to anyone. They are also have an excellent warranty.

I look for two things in a mechanic: trustworthiness and expertise. Sean and Chris (and team) exceed in both areas. I have visited them many times for two years now for the following: - oil change - tires - brakes - transmission - state inspection - tire pressure gauge I read a few other reviews and saw people unhappy about findings in their state inspections. Well, I had to get new tires to pass mine. I knew they were old but thought some life was still in them. When Chris showed me my tire, I was floored- you could see the threads (on the inside of the tire, which is why I never noticed). I was days away from a long drive with my kids, so I feel they saved me from an inevitable incident! In other words, folks, if they see something in your inspection, they see something. Get it fixed. Another kudos is fixing my tire pressure gauge issue. Let's just say that 3 other places, including Goodyear, couldn't figure it out. They did. And they saved me over $300 in the process.

Jamie I recently had service done on my car and I was very happy with the service. The office manager and workers were friendly & knowledgeable.They took the time to explain and was very patient. I will continue to have my car serviced by them.

Do not use them for State Inspection! I recently took my vehicle in for a State Inspection. I meticulously maintain my vehicle and expected my inspection to go smoothly. After dropping my vehicle off I received a call a few hours later. They explained to me that in order to pass inspection I would need to replace my wipers. That's fair and I knew they were getting close to the end of their life. However, they proceeded to tell me that I also needed to replace my lower rear control arm bushingin order to pass inspection. I know enough about vehicle maintenance to know that my car did not exhibit any characteristics of a worn rear control arm bushing. I decided to have them give me the rejection sticker so that I could take it to another shop to have them look at it. After having the vehicle re-inspected by another shop, they explained to me that my rear bushings were in perfect working order. they did not need to be replaced nor did they warrant a failed state inspection. Basically this shop was trying to hold me hostage by claiming that I needed to repair a part that wasn't broken. Apparently the control arm is a common and quick job. So it was a quick way to get some money into the shop for them. 98% of people would have simply paid them the $300-$400 they wanted for the service, knowing they need to "pass" their state inspection. Well not this guy, you crooks. This is a blatant abuse of their state inspection privileges and I will be reporting them to the BBB and the State Inspection Department. Do not take your vehicle here. Plain and simple.

Shawn took great care of my wife's car after our accident I thought it would never ride the same again it took some time to get all the parts in but now it rides better than ever for anyone looking for a shop that won't try to sell you something you don't need look no further. Williams auto service is your shop thanks guys I will be back

I have been dealing with Williams Auto for over 4 years now. All ways courteous and informative service. The guys are friendly and helpful. I am on a first name basis with these guys because I feel very comfortable any time I am at this business. There service is top notch.

Most reliable and trustworthy auto shop I have found. When my 1997 Nissan Maxima broke down due to a late starting engine, that caused gas to flood the engine compartment, realistically the car should have been put to rest. Sean not only figured out how to fix the car, but did so within my budget. After bringing the car to Sean and the guys at Williams Auto for a couple of years they have the car running great, and have given me at least an extra 3-4 years out of my car that should have been scrap heaped. I regularly recommend this shop especially if you are working on a tight budget, or drive a used vehicle.

Quick and easy. They fit me in when I needed an inspection and then told me a few things I should get done in the next few thousand miles. Told me their prices, availability and time it took. Nice guys and easy to talk with. Thank you.
