Awesome shop! My brother and I have been taking our vehicles there for the past year now. Very knowledgeable workers who turn out quality work. Have definitely earned my trust and business.

I went in for an inspection and they failed my car for a valid reason, but then added on that I had a bunch of problems with my lights. I would never recommend this place they tried to steal my money and replace lights on my car that were not even burnt out.

Garbage.

First place I went to in Richmond for car trouble and I won't go anywhere else. Knowledgeable and fast service! I got my car back within a day. Definitely recommend them!

I find it hard to believe the very few poor write ups, including dishonesty. I have called Williams twice for last minute "emergencies". They always fit me in, they are friendly, and give honest estimates. The telephone receptionist (female) is extremely clear and friendly with policies and explanations. They have a separate towing service that was busy, but even though the car got there late, they had my flat patched AND an oil change done in 30 minutes so we could have our car back. I have known Sean for years; he used to live in Manchester. Friendly and reliable. Keep it up, Williams. We need more honest mechanics.

I only use Williams Auto. They never try and sell you something you don't need and their service is always top notch. They are extremely helpful and I would recommend them to anyone.

Williams Auto is an auto repair shop that takes car of both foreign and domestic cars. I have had both of my vehicles (a VW and a GMC) serviced there. They're service was great and they warranty the parts and service. If you drop your car off, it is done by the afternoon. Since having my cars serviced here, I have had zero problems and they both run great. I would recommend this service station to anyone. One tip is to schedule your state inspection early, they are pretty busy when come to end of the month inspections.

I had previously received service from Jiffy Lube that caused serious problems with my engine. Williams Auto Service delivered tremendous service, walked me through every step of the process, and has been supporting me and my case with the ensuing struggle with Jiffy Lube. I cannot recommend Williams enough. I recommend them for all repairs.
