Only great things to say about Williams auto. They have always squeezed me in for an appointment. I have never felt overcharged or pushed to get services that I didn't need. Work was done quickly and done right.

Love the work they always give me a choice but I take all my cars and my truck here

I had a flat tire replaced. They replaced it promptly and worked around my schedule for pick up. I would recommend them especially for people who work downtown and live south of the James. It's convenient. I've been pleased with the service over a number of visits.

They were awesome! Went in to get a state inspection done, very friendly and gave me a reasonable wait time- ended up taking HALF that time! Will be back again.

Warning they dont need a star at all they have people to put fake reviews so they can get business. They are horrible Mechanics worst service ever. I still cant drive my car. I wouldnt give William Auto a half star if i didnt have to. They took 3600.00 from me and didnt fix my car. They gave me a fake inspection sticker because they knew they didnt fix my car just to get me out the face that i have pictures of and when i took my car back they took it off the car. Sean the manager is a crook and before you take your car their you better investigate. They shouldnt be in business they take from you and dont fix the cars. Warning be careful of them. They cheat people. I still have an non working car thanks to this company. The tricked me to sign papers so they wouldn't have to work on what they messed up. Do you think they ever apologize or compensated me. You see they only acknowledged when you say something good about them they hate being honest. Never go there again. I don't trust these people. Please go some where else.

I had an easy time making a service appointment; they worked well with my schedule and even offered a pickup service to accommodate my work schedule! The staff here did a great job of telling me exactly what services and parts I needed and executed the services for a very reasonable price. I strongly believe in supporting a local business but I don't want to have to spend an arm and a leg. Overall, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the services were quick and affordable and I will definitely be going back for all of my automotive needs! P.S. I am a young woman who is hesitant to go to new auto shops for fear of being taken advantage of. I went to Williams first because of convince. I needed a state inspection. I returned because the staff was so kind, respectful and quick. I wasn't overcharged or upsold. I returned for breaklights and they squeezed me in 10 minutes before closing. They estimated 10 minutes, took 4, charged me minimally and really made my day. Wonderful shop.

I've always had good customer service when dealing with this shop. Quick and efficient and have always made an effort to squeeze me in for last minute appointments no matter what. More than recently, I received an oil change and noticed a crack in my oil pan the next day. Without hesitation, the manager apologized and put me in a rental per the company expense and fixed the issue with no liability or fault of my own. Have been going here for a little over a year now and can definitely say the service is fast, honest and in a family environment. Highly recommend. Oh and if you are a college student like I once was, can you say Student Discountssss!
