Use at your own risk....Ok for state inspections , but I took my car in for an oil change on Wednesday... was told I needed my belts done and diagnostics on an oil leak and that would be another hour. Almost 2 hours later, they tell me they didn't do the diagnostic since the gasket looked like it was the problem...and that I should bring it back the next day. I got to leave and they can't find my keys, but then after they do, my car is making this high pitched squealing and hissing noise. I come back, now late for work, and the guy says that nothing is wrong with the repair, it's that my car was already messed up so the belt wouldn't slide up any further. Then he says the car will run fine the noise if just annoying... I leave and the noise gets louder, my car is jerking. The next morning my car cut off on my at a light when I slowed down... THIS is not what customer service looks like and they honestly couldn't give less of a damn. Edit: after I got it towed to another shop- I called to ask them why they left the belt loose ( since it ended up killing my alternator). They refused to issue a refund and told me I should have brought it back to let them * scoff* fix it right.
We apologize for your experience here yesterday. We do not know how we could have tried to offer better service at the time. We admitted that we did not notice the failed tensioner at the time of the repair, we offered to make the repair as a courtesy to you at no additional cost and offered you a loaner vehicle so you didn't have to wait any longer in the waiting room. We are always striving to improve and the goal was to fix your car not take your money. If you would still like assistance with this please let us know.
