This is one of the most reliable and friendly car services centers I have used in all of Richmond and surrounding counties. I will not take my Volkswagen anywhere else and I love my car and it deserves the best!

I've used Williams Auto Service multiple times and had a great experience each time!! I always check around when getting repairs done to my car and no one has been able to beat their prices or the friendly service they offer!! They always explain things to me in a way that is easy for me to understand (I'm certainly no mechanic myself) and they have always been honest!! I would highly recommend Williams Auto Service!

I can't get over how awesome this shop is! Chris and crew do a fantastic job at estimating and coming in right in the money. They have always been awesome at making sure we understand why they did or didn't do certain things. We've only been going there a few months, but will definitely be long time customers.

Came in for a quick oil change and state inspection, they were a extremely professional and efficient, I recommend anyone to give it a try if you're a vcu student! I was able to use my vcu discount and add some of my work to my vcu tuitions so when I needed brakes I could afford it!

I am not sure what the previous reviewer experienced, but my experiences here have been nothing but pleasant! I live and work not too far from the shop. I was experiencing a slow leak in my tire for over a month. Being the procrastinator that I am, I kept putting off getting it fixed. No matter how many times I would come by, they would always put air in my tire and remind me that it would only take a few minutes to fix the problem. Finally, I came back and allowed them to fix it :). The work I got done was not extensive, but a warm smile and pleasant service goes a long way in my book. I am appreciative of the folks over at Williams Auto Service.

I used Angies List to look for someone to complete a timing belt/water pump and everything else replacement on my 2002 Honda Odyssey. Prices were unreal for this type of job. Needless to say, Williams Auto Service provided me with a professional estimate that was anywhere from $250 to $300 cheaper. I was overly ecstatic when I turned my vechile in to them, but when I picked it up, WoW, what a good group of guys. I was scheduled to pick the car up around 5 pm, no disapointment here, it was ready and I was once again ecstatic. I have found myself a new garage for my major repairs and services. You know, sometimes I wonder who writes the reviews on some of these sites. I am telling you now, I wrote this review myself and I have no connections to Williams Auto Sevice, other than the work they did on my car. Thanks Guys for a super job.

I love this place! They are always honest with their prices and very friendly. I never worry about taking my car to them for anything because I know they will fix it and give me a fair price.
