Came in not too long ago very last minute to get my car inspected for the month of August, and I totally did not expect them to get my car back to me by the end of the day, and they did that and so much more! This is my first time getting my car inspected in Richmond, and I was very nervous about the possibility of a car place taking advantage of me because I am a young woman new to the area, but this place was completely transparent about what they inspected and their other services. They even dropped me off at my house so I wouldn't have to wait in the shop, and then they picked me up as well once my car was finished. 10/10 will be referring this place to others, and will be paying them another visit. Thank you guys so much!

I'm new to the area and found this auto service on google search. I chose them because of the good reviews they had. I was not disappointed and was very pleased with their customer service. I needed to get my car inspected and they had four cars ahead of me. They offered to drive me home and then picked me up when they had completed the inspection. The next day I came back to have them help me put my new plates on, I didn't have the proper bolts to put on the front plates. Andrew, who sits at the front desk, very kindly took care of my needs promptly. Everyone I had contact with was very friendly and courteous. I am very fortunate to have such a great auto service in my neighborhood!!
