Have tried for a couple years to patronize this business because I live very close but I have had multiple occasions where I have been very disappointed by their customer service. This time I went for an oil change, tire rotation and state inspection. They called and told me my rear shocks needed to be replaced. When I asked for a run down of the prices it was clear that I was being overcharged for each item. I was quoted over $500 for this repair and another $100 for oil change, tire rotation and inspection. When I compared to another local shop I was given the quote of $350. I called to tell them I was taking the car elsewhere they went ahead and completed the oil change and tire rotation anyway forcing me to pay for this work. Please be careful using this shop as I do not believe they are entirely honest or fair to the customer. This is a shame because I always try to shop local first. Update: I appreciate this reply, unfortunately, the information from the owner below is incorrect. I was quoted $619 for the entire job including oil change, inspection, tire rotation.
Hey Brandon. Thank you for taking the time to review us. The synthetic oil change that was requested was performed while the technician was inspecting your car. Unfortunately after the requested work was performed it could not be backed out of. The quote for $500 was for the oil change, inspection, tire rotation, shocks, and an alignment. Just strut replacement we are coming in around $40 more then our competitor but offering a 2 year 24 thousand mile nation wide warranty on the parts and labor.
