Williams Auto is one of few auto services open on saturdays, which is helpful for my work schedule. I dropped my car off around 10am and it was available for pickup by 3:30. The customer service was great and the state inspection occurred without any issues. We will definitely return for routine Maintenence!

We were new in town. Needed winshield wiper blades. Nice people. Had new blades & on our way in about 20 minutes. Plan to use Williams Auto service for my other two vehicle for the forseeable future.

I take my Jeep here for everything! They remember me every time and are always professional and friendly. They do great work at reasonable prices. They seem busy so I usually drop my car off instead of waiting, so I can't speak to the wait times but my car is always done within 24 hours.

Great service all around, from the ladies behind the front desk to the techs. If there were a 10 star rating, they would get it!

Five star service all the way. Have use them multiple times when my old car started Breaking down.. they were always Fair honest and fast. But the reason they get five star service and my opinion is because they go out of their way for customers even if you're not paying for a service- they have helped me program fobs- given me advice and even gone as far as sent an employee to unlock my vehicle when the keys were locked in the ignition. I don't know what more has to be said about a shop but they have gladly earned my money as far as services go- too bad cars breaking down is never a enjoyable expense

I took my vehicle to get a second opinion because the price seemed to high to fix my vehicle. When i took it to another very well respected and trusted mechanic, they checked the vehicle and didn't agree with the severity of the diagnosis that you gave me. I showed him your diagnosis after he checked the vehicle. I will be fixing the suggested items on your list, but not with you. You have lost my trust and took advantage of my vulnerability. I will never return
