Richmond Auto Repair

I went in thinking it would be a minor tire and valve stem repair. Unfortunately, my car required a lot more things done to it, but they made it as painless as possible. Not only were they watching my back and up front about the costs, what would be covered and not covered, what to expect going forward, etc, but they got everything done in a timely manner. I got a lot of work done here back in December and knew out of everyone I've dealt with in relationship to auto shops, this was my favorite. Paying hundreds of dollars for repairs is never a fun thing, but they do great work and the woman I dealt with (God, I wish I could remember her name) was not only knowledgable but one of the most pleasant people I've ever dealt with in a customer service environment. I'm not great at explaining what's wrong with my car so she knew what questions to ask, and came out and took a look with me and explained what we should do. I will be taking my car here for all services going forward. I've spent just over $1,000 here (due to issues not related to their work, just upkeep and old car issues) and if you're going to have to drop big bucks, find a place you can trust! Thank you guys!

The service was great. Even though I had to wait for a filter to come in I was still out the door fairly quickly. Plus the tech guys gave me some advise on other issues I had with my truck. Great affordable price.

As usual, I found William's Auto to be on-point regarding my truck's health. They have been consistently professional and excellent when diagnosing and fixing any problems I have had with my truck and Oldsmobile.-JB Gregg

Customer since 2013Excellent. Very prompt and courteous. Lady handling telephone questions and instructions was extremely pleasant and calm. She put me at ease over a repair issue. Gave a rec for towing, although towing co was backed way up, Williams assured me they would get my flat fixed and on the road. They did that AND an oil change in 30 minutes. Thank you! You also treated my wife well, I am handicapped and couldn't come. She even was able to be out in order to get to the grocery store! Thanks again!

As usual, Williams Auto was there when I needed them. The high level of customer service and the top notch technicians provided me with the service I required in a short time frame. My Ford F-150 is 5 years old and Williams has worked on it from day one. Still today she runs smooth and idles with a whisper. She runs like it just came off the showroom floor, Williams has maintained the truck and with over 70,000 miles I expect her to be running for a long time due to their attention, but mostly due to the fact that they know I love my truck and they take the time to ensure it is perfect.Thank you all,Sterling Shelton8 months ago

Great guys and service at Williams! We use them for all of our shop trucks and I stopped in today to drop off a check for them and I found a nail in my tire. (Unrepairable) so they put my donut on and didn’t charge me a thing. So if you want honest people who aren’t just after your money give them a try you won’t be sorry!
