This was my first visit to Williams Auto, I had a good feeling about what to expect when I arrived. The front desk staff is A+ courteous, friendly, always had a smile. Questions I asked were answered with confidence and accuracy. My review is this is a 5 star establishment. They know what there doing for front to back.

Williams is always so professional and I’ve been going to them for years for every oil change and inspection since I moved to Richmond. Recently, my car broke down due to an oil leak and I had to have it towed to Williams - they worked on it immediately the next morning, and gave me several update calls to keep me informed on what was going on and on price. Turns out a recent auto shop I had to visit for my oil change (I was traveling and could not go to Williams as normal) incorrectly changed my oil filter and almost ruined my engine, but Williams saved it. Needless to say, I’m never taking my car to anyone except Williams ever again!

This is a great stop with an amazing staff! They are always honest and happy to help! The the staff is professional and very friendly they explain things so you understand. They are always busy. I usually wait on my car in lobby and the customers are friendly and talk about this place being like home your local people talk very highly of their amazing work over the many years. Keep it up! Only people I trust! Thanks for being Amazing!

State inspection passed after replacing my turn signal light bulb.

Went to get a sticker and they rejected it. They wanted to charge me $1800 in order to get a sticker. I went to another shop and got a sticker for $20.

Rip off. Unreliable. Scam. Stay away.

My first experience at Williams was when I pulled in to get a flat fixed. It was early on in the pandemic and they weren't very busy so the mechanic worked it right away with pleasant conversation and no charge. I wasn't even a customer yet! Two visits after that for regular service and the vibe is the same. Very easy place with smart mechanics who are upfront about their services.
