Good service, fair pricing.

I have been going to them for about 3 years, went in for inspection sticker. I am very satisfied with the service, especially the customer service is great. I think prices are reasonable, but get there early because it will get packed fast.

First time visiting, no complaints. Their online scheduling is quick and easy, and you should hear a reply back within 24hrs (at least in my case). I had an appointment at 1PM, arrived on time and checked in. Within 40 minutes my car was taken care of. Respect for the accuracy of the appointment time I was skeptical if it mattered if other people who didn't make an appointment came in. The receptionist was friendly and the waiting room is always a plus. Great shop and minutes away from home, the texting/email over calls will always keep me coming back. Love the streamline service. Will be making this my primary point of service and will update this review if anything severely changes.

They was great on service and fast very good work

Took my truck into the shop for a weird clunking noise that was being made when I turned my wheel. Come to find out, my front left and right sway bars were cracked/worn. They had to keep the truck over night due to the OeR coming in but they fixed it for me and now the truck runs better than ever. Can’t thank them enough. Will def recommend them and will use them during my stay here in Richmond.
