This is a small business that actually gets the job done in a timely manner! I've been going to these folks for two vehicles now and have never been disappointed. This time, I made an on-line appointment and was very pleased with the amount of time that it took them to get me in and out. Please support small businesses like this!!

Not pushy, seem honest. Very good communicators; if the timeline for my repair changes, they tend to call and let me know. I recently took my car in for a diagnostic on some engine shudder, and bc they weren't able to duplicate my experience or diagnose, it was free of charge. Williams Auto Service is the best!

Williams was great! They originally gave me a quote with a double charge for labor and when I questioned them about it they fixed the issue with no problem or arguments! That’s says a lot about integrity where at most other shops, that would not be the case . They did take a little longer than promised in my repair, but it did not create and issue for me since it was just 1 extra day.

Got Inspection done on my Audi Q5 and TBH I thought surly it would need something repaired or replaced But NOPE it didn’t. This speaks volumes about their honesty and integrity! I totally feel safe and secure about bringing my vehicle her. Shoutout to Aiken for her award winning personality and knowledge. Trust me take your vehicle to them for all your service needs I promise you won’t be disappointed! Thanks again Matt, Aiken, and rest of the team.
