Richmond Auto Repair

This is one of the most honest auto service shops I have ever conducted business with. I have been a loyal customer for over ten years and they have serviced two of my vehicles and the vehicles of my family and friends. We have no complaints.

I had been going here for about a year, mainly because I live so close by I could just walk. However, I’m not going here anymore. Their labor charges are very expensive and I’ve had to come back multiple times for a simple oil issue (first for oil pressure, and then for a subsequent oil leak) that still has not been resolved. They just told me that the oil system is expensive to fix and kept recommending expensive fixes. This, on top of them surely upcharging me since I am a single young woman, has turned me off to this place completely. Such a sad reality. Going to find a new shop ASAP.

Five star service all the way. Have used them multiple times when my old car started Breaking down.. they were always Fair,honest,and fast. But the reason they get five star service in my opinion is because they go out of their way for customers- even if you're not paying for a service- they have helped me program fobs, given me advice, and even gone as far as sent an employee to unlock my vehicle when the keys were locked in the ignition. I don't know what more has to be said about a shop but they have gladly earned my money as far as services go- too bad cars breaking down is never a enjoyable expense

Talked to Mike at the shop while my tire was put on... was always cool talkin and is always straight up with repairs and legit prices, thank you

Inspected my car quickly without appointment, and everyone there was very kind. Highly recommend!

Nice to be able to drop your car off for an oil change and walk back to your house.
