Needed a state inspection for court and when two tires failed they gave me one sheet with right tires to get and one sheet with wrong ones, so I wasted almost $200 getting the wrong tires put in due to their incompetence and I re failed my inspection
Hey Noah, Thanks for taking the time to review us. We do give two sheets with all inspections. One is our receipt that states what specifically the vehicle failed for, and the other is from the state police that is a bit broader. On the state police sheet the check marks next to the tires indicate which wheels we took off to check the brakes. So weather or not tires fail inspection, the state police inspection sheet will always have wheels checked as we always check brakes during a state inspection and inidcate which wheels were pulled off during the processes. I hope this helped clear things up for you. As always if there is any uncertainty as to what failed inspection you should always refer to our invoice or can call 804-230-3051. Texting is also an option at 804-999-4797. Thank you for your business. Matt
