Had some power issues. They checked and fixed it for way less than dealership. I was extremely happy. All in the same day also

Hello Ariyanna, Thank you for taking the time to let us know how we are doing. Unfortunately we do not refund diagnostics on the basis that the repair is more then you would have liked. Our diagnostics are $140.44 for any advanced electrical or drive-ability concern. This is a standard charge that every customer receives for diagnosing advanced systems (less complicated systems are a cheaper diagnostic charge) and gets approval before we take your keys. It really seems we have a trust issue here and as much as we would like to service everybody's vehicle, its best to find someone you CAN trust because a lot about what we do can be hard to understand from someone who doesn't do it everyday. I was also witness to the conversation that was had over the phone and we thought you hung up on us, as we explained earlier (our VOIP can be finicky sometimes) and we are truly sorry if you feel we are capable of that.

Williams put new shoes on my mom car and upgraded me to Michael Schumacher status! Highly recommend. I had been plagued with a loud squeaking noise that my original mechanic couldn’t figure out. I stopped by, no appointment, at 12 and picked up my now quiet vehicle at 5pm same day! Thanks guys!!!

They were very professional in letting me know of my options in regard to the inspection and recommended me several tire options to replace my old front tires. I would recommend them to anyone.

I got there at 3 for an inspection and was out by 4 even with me needing extra repairs done to my car . The front desk staff was quick to respond and the man that inspected and did my repairs was nice friendly personable and he let me know what was going on and fixed it I will be returning back . I don’t know his name but thanks for being so kind .
