Hello Ariyanna, Thank you for taking the time to let us know how we are doing. Unfortunately we do not refund diagnostics on the basis that the repair is more then you would have liked. Our diagnostics are $140.44 for any advanced electrical or drive-ability concern. This is a standard charge that every customer receives for diagnosing advanced systems (less complicated systems are a cheaper diagnostic charge) and gets approval before we take your keys. It really seems we have a trust issue here and as much as we would like to service everybody's vehicle, its best to find someone you CAN trust because a lot about what we do can be hard to understand from someone who doesn't do it everyday. I was also witness to the conversation that was had over the phone and we thought you hung up on us, as we explained earlier (our VOIP can be finicky sometimes) and we are truly sorry if you feel we are capable of that.
