Quick service, always helpful and thorough

This place was crazy busy! I needed an alignment and oil change. I had called for an appointment earlier in the week and was told they do it by walk in. When I got there I had an hour wait which was ok with me. If you wanted a state inspection the wait was 4 hours!!! He recommends dropping your car off if possible. They did a great job on my car, and the price was reasonable. The staff is friendly, and the owner does a great job of informing you about your repairs and other things the tech noticed while doing the work requested. So, no complaints from me, and I will be back! That's saying something since I drove an hour to get there! Thanks guys!

Bad business, 2600 in services and most of the work wasn’t done.

Took car for state inspection, great service, communication was easy when things needed to be fixed. Got lucky since they had time to do same day. Overall experience can’t be any better

It is nice to have a mechanic I can trust. I always feel respected, and they never try to "upsell" me on unnecessary products or services. And now they offer a super-convenient pay-by-text option!

We live in the Blackwell/Manchester area and have been taking our vehicles to Williams auto since we moved there 6 years ago and they have never let us down! They are honest, polite, and their service is quick but without compromising quality. Their prices are fair and I never feel like they are trying to get more money than is needed to keep our cars healthy. Highly recommend Williams auto to anyone is the south side area.
