Took my car in for a break job spent $800 when I came to pick the car up the break light was still on so I called to the shop the young lady said she forgot to tell me they didn't have the tool to reset, so I had the take it to the dealership, you'll should have told me before hand and let me make the decision on what I wanted to do. That's shady, I'm very disappointed in the service.
Hello Kieth. I’m sorry to hear you are disappointed in our service. Unfortunately there was no way to predict that we wouldn’t be able to reset the maintenance light because 90% we don’t have any problems. Every once in a while we do however run into one that wants to be troublesome in which it would have to go to the dealer for the reset procedure. I’m not sure why we told you we didn’t “have the tool to reset the light” as most reset procedures don’t require any tools at all and is done via a series of buttons on the vehicle pushed in a specific sequence. Unfortunately no matter how many times it was attempted it never took. I’m terribly sorry this wasn’t communicated clearly to you but it was never our intentions to miss lead you.
