One of my tires had a cracked valve stem, so it was leaking air and needed to be fixed. I called and was told I could come by that day. I went over a couple hours later, and they were able to see me and fix the valve stem in less than an hour. The pleasant customer service and reasonable price for the repair will encourage me to come back — the only area I could see room for improvement was the waiting room, which could use a little love.

I came to get my Cluster checked and Xane helped me out very quickly ! The customer service was the best I’ve had in a very long time. I will be back for my inspection sticker and any thing else. Great Work Team !

My 2007 BMW 335i was shaking a lot while driving at higher speeds. Most of the BMW forums pointed to CV axle or Center Support bearing as the main culprits. I called Williams Auto Service shop to ask what it would take to change the CV axle and center support bearing. They gave me a quote that was less than half of what the BMW dealership quoted me. Matt also advised me to let them diagnose the issue for $63.00 before I spend a lot on the CV axle and CS Bearing swap. I took the car to their shop the next day, and they told me the shaking was due to my wheels not being balanced. They balanced the wheels and the car has stopped shaking since then even at high speeds. They saved me a lot of money. I have been driving the car now for over a week and there have been no issues. I took my other car a 2009 Ford Flex which was also having some vibrations in the steering wheel to them to do a wheel balancing and that has been driving fine with no issues. I strongly recommend these guys, for their professionalism and honesty.

This was my first time here and everyone was incredibly kind and communicative! Came in for a last minute inspection and was blown away by the professionalism and how smoothly things were taken care of. Will be back!

Today I went to this auto repair shop 10 minutes before closing after going to 4 other places before hand because my rear view mirror got hit off and no one seemed to be able to fix it. Zane came to look at it and in less than 2 minutes he popped it right back on when they then closed in 3 minutes. He was very nice and insisted on us not tipping him. If anyone needs anything done I definitely recommend coming to him, as I just found a new repair place go to go in rva. And he’s cute lol so that’s a plus.

These guys went above and beyond to help me out while on a road trip. They stayed late on a Saturday to replace my brakes and were so kind and gracious in the process. Plus they went out of their way to find me the best deal possible! I am very grateful and would 100% recommend them to anyone in need of car repairs or services.
