The front desk has very nice and friendly customer service. I made an on-line appointment and was very pleased with the amount of time that it took them to get me in and out! A customer walked in saying that a tire light was on and she didn't know what it meant. She also said that she didn't know if she needed air or a repair and the PSI on the tire and the door were different and she didn't know which one to go by. I was very pleased to hear the front desk tell her to pull to the bay doors and somebody would check. Five minutes later, she came back in the shop and said that the tire needed air and the light was off. The front desk offered additional services to check all the tires but the customer didn't have time but said that she would return. In my humble opinion, that's the type of honesty and fast service that you expect from all shops but you don't get it. They gave her a service, offered her more and was HONEST...you can't get much better than this when taking your vehicle to a shop!!! PLEASE support small businesses like this!!
