I will never go here again. They’re not trustworthy, they’re not transparent, and I’ve since moved on to a mechanic who will go the distance to help me and make sure the job is done right at an affordable price. None of those things can be said about this place. I truly cannot understand the number of positive reviews. This is the first auto service that I have been to where I truly felt I was getting ripped off. Do what you want, but if I were you, I’d go somewhere else.
Hello Madelynn, thank you for taking the time to review us. We replaced your brake pads 6 months and 5 thousand miles ago. Unfortunately calipers can fail at any time. The recommend repair was to replace the pads and rotors under warranty and the caliper in which you would be responsible only for the caliper portion of the repair. We are terribly sorry you feel ripped off but we do not have the ability to predict the future. We are however happy you have found another shop you can trust. Trust is of the utmost importance due to the large learning curve between us and many of our customers.
