Just visited this place to get the worst service ever in my life. Went and did wheel alignment and wasn't done correctly as the car wasn't going in straight line. Went to drop of the car second time for them to redo it and not only that the alignment is still not done correctly but also they scratched my vehicle by hitting another car. They say that somebody else hit my car in the parking lot and my car was parked face fronting the fence about half feet away from the fence, so you tell me what car can hit the bumper like this on the front?? The manager himself drove the car as he said, well looks like he ain't a driver at all since he hits parked cars... Wouldn't recommend art all, stay away from this place!!!
We take all warranty issues very seriously here. This is why the manager was the one to quality control the alignment on your car. We were able to drive across the lee bridge with the steering wheel at zero with no hands on the wheel. We do not understand how we could have made your alignment any better. As for the scratch on your car we cannot be responsible for damages to cars that happen in our parking lot just like any other business. Our insurance covers mistakes if we made them.
