Friendly folks, convenient location, and they've usually squeezed me in during the day if I can drop off my vehicle in the morning, even with a lot full of cars. Recommended.

My experience at Williams Auto was great. The first time I went, I was hoping to drop off my car and get into work then get my car at lunch. But they assured me it would only take 30 minutes to get my oil changed. They squeezed me in and they able to get it done in time. I got to work on time and I was very pleased with their service. The second time I went was to get my brake pads replaced. The price was fair and the service took an hour and a half. As a female, I usually feel like I am being taking advantage or up-charged, but every experience I have had has been easy, well-priced and quick.

I am so grateful to Williams Auto. On an important day, and at the last minute, having my state inspection was actually an enjoyable experience. I took the initiative to be there before they opened the gates, and I opted to wait with my car. They were hustling to get other cars worked on the moment the time-clock started ticking. I appreciate the work ethic. A family owned business, Williams Auto is warm and welcoming. This is the only auto shop I will be trusting with my vehicles aside from my own mechanic father. Big compliments and many thanks to you all at Williams Auto!

Bunch of Crooks , after oil change diagnosed the vehicle and was told it needs REAR WHEEL BEARING SO BAD , took it next morning to PEPBOYS and they told me they are BRAND NEW. confronted the Guy over the phone and he hung up the phone on me 3 times. 1 WORD describe this place is CROOKS !!!!!!!!!! Update 6/3/2019 : the Dealership paid for Diagnosis at PEPBOYS , and the technician at PEPBOYS stated on the Diagnosis Sheet, NO PROBLEMS FOUND WITH REAR BEARINGS TIGHT AND OK. you don't have the decensy to talk to me about it , trying to FIX stuff is not there , Plus PEPBOYS charged $19.99 for diagnosis while Williams auto service charge $50.00. like i said CROOKs. Everyone Take your vehicle to actual Repair facility not this Unprofessional Clowns . CROOKS
