Every time I go in they try to upcharge me for things not wrong with my car. Most recently, I got an oil change and asked them to see why my check engine light was on. They said it was my back left brake caliper letting air into the system which was why my car was idling weird when the air was on. Next thing I know my car dies on the way to the airport. Had another mechanic look at it and they concluded it was my water pump and saw that there was no coolant in my car. Mind you William's knew there was an issue with coolant about 7 or so months prior but as long as there was coolant I was fine. During my oil change I asked for my fluids to be topped which they said they did. Had they done that I wouldn't be leaving this review. A week after my car died I phoned in an emergency to family back in my hometown that owns a shop to replace my water pump. I arrive and my uncle tells me I blew a head gasket. He informed me that if William's had done what was asked my car would still be here. Fortunately I can afford a new car but I wouldn't have to had what I asked for was done. The woman at the front desk is great to talk to but ultimately I will not be returning to them for further service. I'll just stick to the long trip back home to my uncle's shop and the dealership.

Great customer service! I was able to get in and completed my car inspection in a timely manner. Very little wait time also - they get you done and out.

Friendly, quick, and willing to explain their recommenations in detail. A bit pricey, but in my opinion worth it for the peace of mind.
