I went in thinking it would be a minor tire and valve stem repair. Unfortunately, my car required a lot more things done to it, but they made it as painless as possible. Not only were they watching my back and up front about the costs, what would be covered and not covered, what to expect going forward, etc, but they got everything done in a timely manner. I got a lot of work done here back in December and knew out of everyone I've dealt with in relationship to auto shops, this was my favorite. Paying hundreds of dollars for repairs is never a fun thing, but they do great work and the woman I dealt with (God, I wish I could remember her name) was not only knowledgable but one of the most pleasant people I've ever dealt with in a customer service environment. I'm not great at explaining what's wrong with my car so she knew what questions to ask, and came out and took a look with me and explained what we should do. I will be taking my car here for all services going forward. I've spent just over $1,000 here (due to issues not related to their work, just upkeep and old car issues) and if you're going to have to drop big bucks, find a place you can trust! Thank you guys!
