Really awesome and nice people! Super convenient if you live in the Manchester area and they even drove me home/picked me up since it was a rainy day. I've had my 2016 Honda Civic for almost four years now and my low oil light has to be manually reset. This is the FIRST place that has ever actually reset the light for me before giving me back my car. It doesn't sound like much but it really made my day. Will definitely be going back!!

As someone who isn’t a car expert, it can be difficult to find the right auto service organization. I went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and they explained to me that my break pads needed to be replaced “IMMEDIATELY”. I called Williams Auto Service three weeks later for a state inspection and notified them of my “impending” brake failure. My vehicle was able to be inspected within three hours and I was notified that my brake pads were slightly over half worn. It is difficult to find a mechanic that you can trust, and I can legitimately say I trust Williams.

This place is AMAZING! They got me in right away, accommodated my schedule, and noticed the problem right away and fixed it. Apparently whomever towed my car had bent something, and they fixed it quickly. Instead of trying to sell me something or charge for this minimal service, they just told me to have a great day! I will make sure I always use them! I’m new to Richmond, and so thankful for these awesome people these morning!

I'm so happy that I found Williams Auto! They are friendly, fast, knowledgeable and professional. They are going to be my car care center from now on. Ann was especially helpful and I really appreciated her sincerity in giving me information about my upcoming needs for regular maintenance.
