Matt and all the staff at Williams Auto are FANTASTIC!!! Everyone there is always ready to help whether it be payment arrangements; which I've done with them, and I'm sure most other auto shops would not offer that. They really take the time to make sure you understand the repairs that are needed and warranted. They treat you like family and the customer service is always top notch! I wouldn't trust my vehicle to just anyone, but Williams Auto has a customer for life!!!!
Professional, efficient, correct pricing, no scamming. It can be hard to find a trustworthy mechanic. These people can be trusted. I have used them at least 6 times for various issues and never experienced any B.S.
They open at 9:00. Got there at 9:28am, it was close to 11:00 when they got to my car. My car was ready by 11:25. The wait was an hour and a half for a State Inspection and oil change, although I was the only one waiting in the lobby. Guess a lot of people had dropped the car off. Some came after me but got taken before me. Not sure what that's about.
