The online experience is very easy to navigate and they were very prompt and responsive. All requests seem to have been done well and the price for oil change/tire rotation was reasonable. The only thing I didn’t like is they suggested changing my air filters for like $100, which is exorbitant, and after checking the filters they didn’t really need them. I just declined that service, though, and they weren’t pushy about it over the phone.

Was in a bind with a flat tire while out of town. The Williams group in Richmond diligently found the leak and repaired for a very fair price…All this on the Saturday before Easter.

I had a slow leak in my tire, as alot of people did that day. I was seen quickly, and they were very patient explaining what was wrong with my tire, even showed me pictures! The price was reasonable and I am back on the road safely. I have already recommended them to several friends! The guys at the front desk are super cool and friendly too! I hope to not have to go back because who wants car issues, but I know exactly where i'm going if something happens again!

Great job done on my passenger side wheel bearings. Noise in the cabin is a lot quieter and my car drives a lot smoother now.

This was my first time using this shop and they were awesome. I love that they called and texted me exactly what was wrong with my car and gave me the option to buy online or in person. They did check on other items I had that could very well be an issue late, they weren't pushy for me to get it done, which is why i will be coming back to them to have it completed. The staff was funny and friendly I overall had a wonderful experience.
