I want to give a huge shout out to Williams Auto on Cowardin Ave. They have helped me and my car so many times and I am overdue bragging about them. They offer advice and easy communication to help me keep my old car running well. Most recently I had to get a new engine. Matt at Williams Auto was very sensitive giving me the bad news and was quick to reassure me the right decision was to replace the engine vs. buying a new car. They also fixed and recharged my air conditioner for free. I feel like I’m driving a new car now. I can’t thank them enough. I’ve been a steady customer for four years and continue to remain one. I recommend them highly.

I called to make an appointment to have my oil changed after receiving a recommendation for this place from a friend. On the phone I explained that I needed to wait there while the car was worked on, and the guy I talked to told me that he could make me an appointment but that I really shouldn't wait there because he couldn't promise that the technician would be able to work on my car at the time of the appointment. I tried to get an understanding as to why he couldn't guarantee that they would get to my car during a scheduled appointment time and he tried to explain that they were just really busy and that business was good? He told me the number of cars they work on each week like that would explain why he didn't think I could wait for my car to have an oil change there. I genuinely wanted to understand and get an appointment scheduled, but he LITERALLY hung up on me!! Would have loved to receive the good service touted in the other reviews here, but I couldn't even get in the door.

Hello Shannon, Thank you for taking the time to let us know how we are doing. I think you misunderstood what we were saying. The requested services could take up to an hour and a half. We are very cautious of setting reasonable expectations especially when people are waiting on the service. Keep in mind we are also not a "quick lube" nor offer any 15 minuet oil change services. The services we perfom are conducted by very experienced repair technicians whom strive to offer the best service they can, not a quick one. I apologize if you feel as if we were trying to turn you away, we were merely trying to set a reasonable expectation as to when the services would be completed.

One of the few auto mechanics I have been to where I don’t feel like I was taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge about cars. The prices were fair and they made sure I was satisfied with their work. They’re very busy so take that into consideration, if you treat them with respect and kindness they will return the favor and take care of you.

Would highly recommend! Very knowledgeable and trustworthy shop. I’m very hesitant when it comes to choosing a mechanic but immediately felt like I was in good hands here. I also had an oil change in addition to my repairs so will come back for my next oil change!

Great service on a Saturday afternoon while passing through town. A brake issue was quickly diagnosed and we were back on the road in a couple of hours.

For how busy this place is, the turn around time on my service was way quicker than expected and the pricing didn't feel egregious by any means. Staff is professional and (in my experience at least) extremely friendly. I also appreciate the method of approving/denying services via your phone as well as being able to see any information relevant to your service such as technician notes. I will definitely return in the future and would recommend them - a friend of mine even recently had work done here and shared similar feelings with their experience. Lastly, they offer some different payment options via other services which is always great especially since car troubles always seem to occur at the worst times financially.

I liked the attention to detail to determine the specifics of the problem with my car. They checked what was the problem mechanically and by computer. They also went the extra mile to inform me of issues that are prevalent to my car and how it related to my individual issue. And to check for maintenance bulletins issued by the manufacturer. In the event they could not complete repairs or it had to be referred to the dealer,I would know what is being done and why. That way I can follow. I expected to be there for the better part of the day due to the possibilty they had to contact my maintenance contractor and arrangenents had to be made, but they were effiecient and honest in their assessment so that an alternate plan was devised for repairs to be completed. I am glad I stopped by. Will definetely be a retun customer.
